” My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Spain (Madrid, Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba), thanks largely to the expertise of Dalia from Just-Explore. The communication with Dalia prior to the trip was excellent and we made her aware of the type of experience that we wanted. The hotels that she chose were very much to our liking: centrally located, within walking distance of major attractions and with a distinct Spanish flavor. The guides were all expert art historians and were intimately familiar with not only the major attractions but also local restaurants and tapas bars. This allowed us to stay away from the “tourist” places and as a result, we experienced what the locals do. A major highlight was a guided tour of a winery and olive oil mill in Montilla. For those interested in wines and olive oils, do not miss a personalized tour in Montilla; Dalia knows small and artisan growers and vintners and the experience is unique. The trip was very well planned and this allowed us to focus on simply enjoying ourselves. Great trip. Dalia and Just-Explore were excellent and I recommend them highly”
