Rosa Lara and Just Explore, Holidays & Tours are the best! If you're looking for a small tour group to experience the beauty and wonders of Spain, southern France, and/or Portugal, start with Rosa. She will help you plan an ideal trip whether it's as part of a small group or a personal vacation/holiday. We've traveled with her twice with pre and post trips around the small group tour. Both times were wonderful! Her attention to personalizing trips and getting all the details just right keep us coming back. I only wish she operated in all the countries of the world!

We just got back from a 9-day, 8-night trip with a group of 11 to Bordeaux, San Sabastian, and Bilbao. Rosa also helped us plan 5 nights in Paris pre-tour and 3 nights in the Pyrenees post-tour. It was amazing--lots of great camaraderie, food and drink, terrific hotels, and the best guides and drivers. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It felt like we extended our family by the end of it. We highly recommend Just Explore, Holidays & Tours if you want to travel Spain and its surrounds.

Just Explore helped my family plan a dream vacation to Spain + Portugal. We had 4 family groups with differing travel styles and we found Rosa to be very flexible, patient and accommodating. Ultimately she planned a trip that met our needs perfectly. A major highlight of our trip were the planned tours: every single guide we had was knowledgeable, friendly and very flexible. On our “free days”, we were given multiple options and suggestions for ways to enjoy the cities we were in.
We were also thrilled with our hotels—locations were fantastic and service exceptional.
Within our trip we had several trips by train and a few flights and all of these arrangements were made for us and were perfectly seamless.
Just Explore curated an exceptional experience for us— a trip of a lifetime. I believe that the service we received was of great value—saving us time and frustration—allowing us to enjoy every single moment of our time together.

My husband and I recently traveled with Rosa Lara on a small group tour to Bordeaux and the Basque Country. We had an amazing experience learning about the history and culture of the region and experiencing incredible scenery, food, wine, and comradery. We especially appreciated the three hotels where we stayed and the very knowledgeable guides that were provided.

We've just come back from a two week vacation in Spain and Portugal which was set up by Just Explore. If it were possible, we would give them a 15 out of 10. They were outstanding in everything from planning lodging, tours, drivers, trains, planes, and other excursions. Just Explore is the best travel planner we've ever used and we highly recommend them.

April 2026 - We recently booked our Spain vacation through Dalia at Just-Explore, and the experience was exceptional. We view our vacations as significant investments of time, money, and emotions, and we certainly saw a fantastic return on that investment. Every guide and excursion that Dalia arranged for in Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, Seville, etc., exceeded our expectations. When we faced flight cancellations, Dalia was incredible — adjusting our rental car and guide schedules outside of normal business hours with genuine care. A highlight was the rare opportunity to photograph the Iberian Lynx in the wild! Apart from the normal attractions in cities, we were able to see eagles, owls and falcons during our wildlife excursions. It’s clear this team gives 110% to their clients, and we strongly recommend them. We are already planning our 2027 European travels with them!

Such a fantastic trip to Spain! My husband and I just returned from our 12 day one year anniversary trip. Rosa Lara really helped make everything so easy from start to finish. She helped us find wonderful tours and activities while also staying in our budget. We went to multiple cities in Spain and for each one, she provided detailed descriptions of the city along with restaurant recommendations.
Rosa was very helpful when our first hotel in Madrid told us the breakfast was not included (when it had already been paid for). Rosa called over right away to get everything sorted and ensured the entire trip went so smoothly. She continued to check in and give us any updates along the way.
The itinerary was really easy to follow in the app that she uses, which made the trip even more of a breeze. It included all of the train tickets and tour vouchers in one section and also broke everything apart day by day. This was definitely a trip we will never forget!
