“We are an American couple in our mid-60s who were looking to spend a couple weeks travelling around southern Spain in the spring of 2018. We found Just Explore through an internet search in early 2017. It was soon clear this company could provide the services we wanted. From the beginning communications with Rosa Lara, owner of the company, were concise and timely. She quickly developed an itinerary considering places we wanted to see as well as recommendations for places and activities that were not in our original thinking. In a relatively short period of time we decided to use Just Explore services and agreed to terms. This was following a phone call from Rosa on which she insisted so we’d know she and her company were real. We never doubted it. The guides she selected ranged from very good to excellent, again mostly the latter. Guides and drivers were always on time, attentive and of good humor. The entire time in Spain, we never once felt alone or overlooked by Rosa or the people and companies she contracted with. Although we never took her up on it, she said she was available 24/7 and we believe her. Just Explore uses an Itinerary app which was configured to present the schedule in detail and provides additional information on each place visited as well as applicable phone numbers for guides drivers and hotels. It was a very handy tool.
In summary, our trip to Andalucía was everything we thought it would be. The sights ranged from exciting to educational to spectacular to romantic. The food was wonderful as were the accommodations. People was friendly and helpful. The services we received from Rosa and those she contracted with were just great. We would not hesitate to recommend Just Explore to anyone thinking about a trip to Spain on a personalized tour”
